In Susanne Helbach-Grosser’s childhood home politeness and good manners were one of the central maxims to act on. Later in life Susanne Helbach-Grosser turned sharing her knowledge of etiquette and of successful personal exchange into her profession.
In 1993 she founded TAKT & STIL, first German school for manners and savoir-vivre. Since then she has taught and shared her insight into up-to-date social rules of play in her open seminars as well as in in-house trainings. Her clients in the German-speaking world include management and employees from private industry and banking. She is also in great demand as a specialist on the field of etiquette and manners for Television, radio and print media.
Susanne Helbach-Grosser’s own Training Institute, the, the TAKT & STIL College, opened for business in 1999, in order to guarantee unified standards for trainers in this field. Today, 15 independent trainers and 4 franchise partners provide expert advice for a career in good style.
